TheQuality Control Lab Analyst Develops policies, procedures and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components and/or operations. Uses reliability techniques to make recommendations. Develops, assures and maintains the quality of products and processes, including standard procedures, quality audits/reviews, process reengineering, etc. Provides technical and reliability support. Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team. Analyzes potential solutions to problems (with or without vague/unstructured aspects) using experience, judgment and precedents. Requirements High School diploma or GED

- Requires conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and developing knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Has developed a detailed understanding of key business drivers through multiple years of experience.
