This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up while playing a key role in ensuring timely, accurate results for patient care. Duties would include:

Conduct clinical laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and other areas Receive, label, and process incoming specimens (blood, tissue, or chemical) according to strict SOPs Set up and Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control standards Perform routine calibrations on sensitive machinery and report any technical malfunctions Monitor supply levels and assist in the ordering and restocking of reagents and disposables Phlebotomy Support the Medical Assistants when not busy in the lab Report to the Lab Manager Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) preferred Prior 1 to 2 years experience is preferred Salary and benefits Hourly rate: $22 - 25/hour Platinum health benefits for the entire family, with premiums covered at
