The technician will coordinate document revisions through the Management of Change (MOC) process, track approvals and signatures, and support QC operations through documentation management and labor data collection activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) . Key Responsibilities Create, revise, format, and maintain QC-controlled documents, including: SOPs Work instructions Specifications Forms and records Ensure documents are accurate, complete, properly formatted, and compliant with quality and regulatory requirements. Coordinate document changes through the MOC (Management of Change) process. Track document reviews, approvals, and required signatures to ensure timely completion. Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical documentation. Support QC teams with document management and administrative activities. Collect, enter, and maintain labor-related data within D365 . Utilize electronic and web-based systems for SOPs, training, document control, and recordkeeping. Assist with document audits and ensure records are readily available when required. Follow company quality procedures, documentation practices, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple documentation activities. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 6 months of related experience in documentation, quality, administrative, manufacturing, laboratory, or regulated-environment work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office , particularly: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to effectively use electronic and web-based systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately maintain records and complete administrative tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) documentation. Experience working with SOPs, work instructions, specifications, or controlled documents . Experience with Management of Change (MOC) processes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) . Experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food, or other regulated manufacturing environment . Experience with electronic document management or training systems.
