We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise synthesis and measurement of materials essential to our daily operations. You will work under the guidance of Scientists and/or Engineers to ensure that all experimental and production inputs meet our rigorous standards for quality and accuracy. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Material synthesis: Weigh precursors, run synthesis equipment including bead mills, spray dryers, and furnaces, and clean and maintain equipment Materials characterization: Measure key materials properties using techniques such as X-ray diffraction, SEM, and press density and clean sample holders Battery fabrication: build batteries to qualify materials Data documentation: Maintain clear, organized records of all precursor weights, process parameters, and measurements in the Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
