Job Description
QC Laboratory Associate Newark, CA 12 Months Description Perform essential laboratory support activities, including maintaining consumable and material inventory, disposing of expired reagents, identifying and reporting equipment-related issues Order laboratory reagents, consumables, and office supplies in SAP, restock workstation consumables, and organize reagents by expiration date using a first-in, first-out approach Maintain cleanliness of laboratory equipment, and perform daily, monthly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning activities as needed Assist with receipt and documentation of incoming samples, reagents, and chemicals Perform laboratory activities in accordance with applicable SOPs and cGMP requirements Follow good documentation practices when recording activities in laboratory equipment logbooks Handle liquid nitrogen frozen samples and chemicals as needed Immediately report safety incidents to the supervisor Collaborate with the supervisor and team members to prioritize tasks and assignments Recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity Support archival of Quality Control data, including preparing binders and scanning documents Review test method data and supporting documentation as needed Perform equipment maintenance testing as needed Perform other duties as assigned
