As a Quality Control Technician I, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of medical devices and laboratory materials. You'll work closely with the quality assurance team to deliver accurate testing results that uphold our high standards of compliance and excellence. What You'll Do As a Quality Control Laboratory Technician I, you will be responsible for- Following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to maintain quality standards
- Performing daily inspections and preventive maintenance on lab and medical devices
- Conducting incoming inspection testing and releasing raw materials, components, and packaging supplies including chemicals, bottles, tips, caps, labels, and product inserts
- Performing in-process product testing and releasing final products based on established protocols
- Issuing Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) when test results do not meet specifications What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have
- A High School Diploma/GED or higher
- At least one year of related work experience in a clinical or laboratory setting
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including analyzers
- Ability to rigorously follow cGMP compliance and established laboratory procedures
