Job Description

Responsibilities Conduct lab tests, experiments, and quality control checks following established safety and regulatory protocols. Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments, material and tools. Collect, process, and analyze data while maintaining thorough, accurate lab records and documentation. Support engineers, develop lab methods, and provide technical guidance to team members. Maintain workspace cleanliness, stock materials, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Biology, Chemistry or a related field (or equivalent practical lab experience). 1-3 years hands-on experience with lab procedures, testing equipment, data analysis, and hazardous material/safety practices. High attention to detail, strong time management, problem-solving ability, and physical stamina/dexterity for routine lab tasks. Excellent communication, strong teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning. The actual base pay is dependent on various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market conditions. This range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position is open to candidates based in San Jose, CA with on-site presence required .
