This entry-level developmental role provides hands-on training in andrology, embryology, and IVF laboratory operations , with a clear pathway toward advancement to Embryologist Level I based on demonstrated competency and performance. What You'll Do Perform semen analyses and sperm preparation for IUI and IVF Support sperm cryopreservation, storage, and thaw procedures Assist with embryology laboratory quality control and daily operations Prepare laboratory media, supplies, and patient-specific materials Maintain accurate laboratory records, EMR documentation, and specimen tracking Review patient charts and support laboratory workflows Communicate professionally with patients and clinical team members Assist with inventory management, storage programs, and laboratory administrative functions What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related Life Science Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills Ability to follow strict laboratory protocols and quality standards Previous IVF, embryology, andrology, or laboratory experience preferred but not required Why Join Us?
