Pay Range:
$21/hr to $22/hr

Job Summary:
The Lab Tech Sr. will support analytical laboratory operations within a regulated medical devices environment. The role will perform laboratory testing, analytical data review, sample identification, documentation, and results processing in accordance with established procedures. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work safely with biological specimens, chemicals, laboratory equipment, and analytical instruments. The successful candidate will support accurate and timely laboratory operations while maintaining compliance with established quality and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Read, understand, and follow written Standard Operating Procedures. Correctly identify analytical samples and verify sequence accuracy for each batch. Process acquired instrument data and generate appropriate analytical reports. Conduct the first review of G C MS and
LC MS MS
analytical data according to applicable assay procedures. Transcribe or upload analytical results into the Laboratory Information System for final review and certification. Maintain accurate and complete Chain of Custody batch documentation. Communicate effectively with supervisors and promptly escalate emerging challenges or laboratory concerns. Maintain and promote a safe and healthy laboratory environment for self and coworkers.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field. At least one year of experience working in an analytical laboratory. Ability to safely work with biological specimens, chemicals, laboratory equipment, and analytical instruments. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow written procedures. Ability to maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a regulated laboratory environment. Experience with G C MS or
LC MS MS
analytical instrumentation. Experience working with a Laboratory Information System.
