Warehouse & Cable Fabrication Technician Rob's Industrial Services (RIS)
  • Santa Rosa, CA Full-Time | $26.39
  • 40/hour, DOE About Us Rob's Industrial Services is a Santa Rosa-based industrial electrical supply company.
We manufacture and sell camlock assemblies, Y-cord splitters, pin and sleeve connectors, GFCI modules, and other custom power distribution equipment to contractors, event production companies, and industrial customers. What You'll Do Assemble custom cable and cord sets, including putting ends on cables and terminating camlock, pin and sleeve, and Y-cord connectors Drill, sand, grind, and paint metal and wood components with precision Perform detailed, repetitive fabrication work with patience and consistency, day in and day out Handle daily shipping and receiving of deliveries Manage inventory and keep shelves stocked Answer phones and speak professionally with customers and vendors Use basic computer skills to manage timesheets, shipping records, and inventory
  • nearly everything here runs through the computer, from clocking in to shipping out Keep the facility clean and tidy Perform basic maintenance on the building and equipment Lift in excess of 50 lbs as needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience
  • electrical/wiring, cable assembly, fabrication, or a similar trade Working knowledge of 480V, 3-Phase, and 120/208V systems, along with transformers, generators, and temporary power setups Comfortable and safe working with hand and power tools (drilling, sanding, grinding) Reliable and punctual
  • this role requires strict adherence to scheduled breaks, lunch, and timesheet submission Basic computer literacy Clear, professional communication with customers and vendors over the phone Physically able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Education GED required Bachelor's degree preferred Pay & Schedule $26
