Laboratory Assistant

Sierra Dairy Laboratory, is a trusted name in the dairy industry. We are currently looking for a Dairy Laboratory Assistant to join our team. No Experience is required.

Job Summary:

As a Dairy Laboratory Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our laboratory team with the testing and analysis of dairy products. Please note, this position requires working on weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with routine testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished dairy items (milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.). Prepare and label laboratory samples for analysis. Maintain accurate records of test results and observations. Help clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. Ensure the laboratory is organized, clean, and complies with safety protocols. Support various laboratory tasks as needed.
