The Polysomnographic Technologist/Technician performs comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis, and associated interventions, including

CPAP, BIPAP

therapy, ASV/AVAPS, O2 administration, and ETC02 monitoring, Pediatric 4 yrs. and up under the general supervision of the clinical director (MD) or designee. This role reviews patient information, prepares and calibrates equipment, applies electrodes and sensors, performs physiologic calibrations to ensure proper signals and adjusts accordingly, collects and documents data, observations, and significant events. Scores sleep/wake stages and respiratory events. Keeps lead tech and manager informed of issues. Salary Non-Reg tech $30..00-Reg tech$34.00hr. plus time half pay after 8hrs. Per-Diem/On call position Friday and Saturdays at Placentia and Tustin Facility. 2 years experienced.
