Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00PM Overview Join a fast-paced environmental laboratory operation supporting high-profile clients. In this role, you'll prepare and assemble sample bottle kits and related materials that customers use to collect environmental samples (e.g., water, soil) for laboratory testing. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, comfort with repetitive/accurate labeling and order prep, and basic computer confidence for tracking and data entry. Responsibilities Prepare and fulfill client orders by assembling bottles with specified solutions/media Label bottles, kits, and packages accurately for shipment Package and stage materials for delivery to clients Store prepared samples and materials under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions Log and track incoming and outgoing materials within internal systems Support sample handling, organization, and workflow within the lab Maintain clean, organized workspaces to ensure efficient operations Assist with inventory, stocking supplies, and general lab support tasks Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to double-check work for accuracy Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking systems, order entry) Ability to multitask and stay organized throughout the day Background in food service, retail, or other fast-paced environments is highly transferable Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
