This position will support the production of cannabis-infused products while following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all products meet company quality and regulatory standards. This position is Wednesday - Sunday. Responsibilities Perform MIPs production procedures under the direction of the MIPs Manager or supervisor. Follow recipes, batch instructions, SOPs, and production procedures accurately and consistently. Prepare and process ingredients and cannabis products according to established specifications. Accurately weigh, measure, mix, and portion ingredients and cannabis materials. Maintain proper sanitation and production practices to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product quality. Operate and maintain production equipment as trained and directed. Complete required production and batch records accurately and in a timely manner. Perform quality control checks throughout the production process. Follow all applicable state cannabis regulations, company policies, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Promote a strong team and customer service culture while maintaining high-quality production standards. Competently follow directions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team. Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow recipes, SOPs, and production procedures. Ability to accurately measure, weigh, and record ingredients and production information. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace. Previous cannabis, food production, kitchen, manufacturing, or MIPs experience required. Ability to follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team. MED Badge required.
