Our client is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Product Evaluation Laboratory supporting product performance testing and claims substantiation activities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organization skills which will align successfully in the organization.

$30/hr What's the Job? Collect samples and prepare hair swatches according to established testing procedures. Perform technical testing to measure product performance on hair using a variety of laboratory equipment. Analyze data, perform statistical calculations, and draw conclusions to support product claims. Document work, prepare reports, and maintain records in accordance with company policies and standards. Support research and development efforts for new testing methods, claims substantiation, and consumer insights analysis. What's Needed? Experience following established laboratory procedures and testing methods. Ability to analyze data and perform statistical calculations. Strong documentation and report-writing skills. Experience using laboratory equipment and maintaining laboratory supplies and instruments. Ability to organize, maintain, and store documentation within company databases. What's in it for me?
