Lab Technician : 201522

Lab Technician We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support daily laboratory operations and materials testing activities. This role will be responsible for performing sample preparation, conducting evaluations, and supporting process development initiatives in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform titration evaluations and routine laboratory testing activities Prepare coating samples through mounting, grinding, polishing, cutting, and related preparation methods Prepare bond bar samples for tensile strength testing Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including grinders, polishers, cutting tools, ovens, and other testing instruments Ensure accurate documentation of testing procedures and results Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment Collaborate with engineering and laboratory teams to meet project and production priorities

Qualifications:

Previous laboratory or materials testing experience preferred Experience operating laboratory preparation and testing equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols Strong communication and teamwork skills
