Job Description
The engineer will work in a team environment and be responsible for developing, improving, and troubleshooting chemical processes such as priming, painting, electroplating, cleaning, etching, stripping, anodizing, and corrosion resistant coatings on various aerospace alloys. A fundamental understanding of alloy surface engineering is required. The work scope includes working in a laboratory and will all aspects of the product life-cycle. Ability to work in a laboratory setting, making chemical solutions, preforming experiments, processing parts. Ability to create test plans, document work, and communicating to engineering customers.
Additional Education RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. A minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in a laboratory.
