Lab Technician - Polymeric Group Full-Time • On-Site Machining & FabricationLab TestingPolymers & Materials We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Lab Technician to join our Polymeric Group. You'll be responsible for machining, fabricating, and testing lab samples — producing quality specimens and accurate data in a fast-paced lab environment. If you love working with your hands, take pride in precision, and have a strong mechanical aptitude, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do Machine, fabricate, and prepare polymeric lab samples to specification Conduct testing and analysis on lab samples; record and report accurate data Maintain quality standards throughout the sample production process Operate and maintain lab equipment safely and effectively Support lab operations and assist team members as needed What You Need High school diploma or equivalent 4+ years of relevant hands-on lab, machining, or fabrication experience Strong mechanical aptitude — must be comfortable working with tools and equipment Demonstrated ability to produce quality samples and reliable data Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Nice to have Associate's degree in a STEM field Experience working with polymers or materials science
