Responsibilities:
Laundry Washlab Technician Responsibilities include; Aid in the execution of laundry product performance testing for prototype assessment and/or advertising claim substantiation. Executes with excellence routine testing methodologies (Stain Removal, Softening, etc), once properly trained. Learn to follow standard operating procedures (washing, drying, test preparation, staining, etc) Independent test preparation (labeling fabrics, labeling towels, preparing stains/fabrics, etc). Become knowledgeable and capable of the execution all aspects of test procedures Role includes operating instrumentation and automation Interact with test requesters to ascertain product and any additional test design specification, if needed. Responsible to ensure stains are produced correctly, applied accurately and the final result is acceptable. Responsible for the cleanliness and order of the wash lab Generate and compile data for group scientists to analyze. Assist in maintaining stock of lab supplies. Work in a team environment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Must speak, read, and write English Comments/Special Instructions onsite not a research position This role is entry level, no degree required.
