Job Description
Provide technical leadership and engineering support for the Metrology Laboratory. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely calibration services that support production, testing, and laboratory operations across the site
Provide technical support for day-to-day calibration operations.
Ensure calibration activities comply with applicable quality requirements and standards.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and systems.
Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to metrology technicians.
Lead automation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of measurement systems.
Partner with production, test, laboratory, and engineering teams to address calibration and measurement needs.
Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes, equipment performance, and overall service delivery.
Experience in metrology, calibration, instrumentation, measurement systems, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide technical leadership and support to technicians and cross-functional teams.
Experience with calibration procedures, laboratory equipment, or measurement systems is highly desirable.
United States Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.Experience in metrology, calibration, instrumentation, measurement systems, or a related technical discipline preferred.

Experience with calibration procedures, laboratory equipment, or measurement systems is highly desirable.
