Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us. Our Newark, Delaware site is hiring a Polish Lab Technician to play a key role in supporting cleanroom operations and laboratory trials.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support clean room operations to facilitate electronic material polishing trials from a team of scientists and engineers + Experimental set up and tear town, lab housekeeping, and hazardous waste disposal + Operation of metrology such as

SEM , AFM

, film thickness tools + Record test information in LIMS system and communicate with trial owners. + First level troubleshooting and maintenance of electropneumatic equipment. + Collaborate with team to organize pre and post-trial measurement duties

Requirements:

+ A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required + Proficiency in?

Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook + Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Independent problem solving, strong attention to detail, and safety oriented attitude. + Good computer skills with the ability to learn new software. + Ability to wear personal protective equipment ( PPE ) & quality protective equipment + Ability to work in a class 10 cleanroom environment and comfortable wearing a cleanroom suit + Stand for extended periods of time while operating machinery + Lifting > 20-30 lb. occasionally

Preferred Requirements:

+ Associate degree in a technical field + Mechanical aptitude and experiences with high tech machinery + Experience handling chemicals Shift Details + M-F 11:00pm- 7:30am + Candidate may be trained during first shift (7:00am-3:30pm) for the first three months.
