| 2nd Shift GL Staffing Services, Inc. - 3.3 Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Full-time $24 - $26 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Phone communication Full Job Description We are seeking a Lab Operations Technician to support daily operations within a pharmaceutical/analytical laboratory. This position is responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, supplies, work areas, and materials in accordance with GMP, safety, and SOP requirements . The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a laboratory environment while supporting analysts and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked workspace. Responsibilities Perform general laboratory support duties and assist with daily laboratory operations. Manually clean laboratory glassware and operate laboratory dishwashers as required. Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and workstations according to approved SOPs. Prepare the laboratory for daily activities, including stocking supplies, materials, and consumables. Maintain weekly inventory of laboratory supplies, cleaning agents, and consumables. Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate records. Support analysts with sample management, material handling, and laboratory organization. Prepare, process, and maintain laboratory solutions and materials as instructed. Complete required forms, documentation, and database entries accurately. Properly dispose of laboratory materials, waste, and samples according to established procedures. Follow all GMP, safety, SOP, and laboratory procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment. Work effectively with team members and provide support as needed. Perform additional laboratory support duties after appropriate training. Qualifications High School Diploma or Associate Degree. 0-1 years of relevant experience ; laboratory experience is preferred. Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, analytical, QC, or GMP laboratory is preferred. Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation and records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good time management and ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a laboratory environment and use standard laboratory equipment. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move laboratory materials and supplies. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds while following appropriate safety and ergonomic practices.
