The ideal consultant will bring strong hands-on experience working within clinical laboratory environments and have the ability to quickly step into client engagements, understand existing workflows, and provide immediate value. Key Responsibilities Configure, support, and optimize Data Innovations Instrument Manager Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot Data Innovations rules and rule sets Support laboratory instrument connectivity and LIS/middleware workflows Design and maintain autoverification rules and workflows Troubleshoot instrument, middleware, interface, and result-routing issues Work with laboratory, IT, LIS, and application teams to understand workflow requirements Assist with testing, validation, implementation, upgrades, and production support Identify opportunities to improve laboratory workflow efficiency and system reliability Document configurations, rules, testing, and client-specific processes Provide consulting support across multiple laboratory client environments Desired Qualifications Formal Data Innovations Instrument Manager training Data Innovations Foundations of Rule Writing training Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting DI rules Experience with Instrument Manager configuration, mappings, interfaces, and troubleshooting Experience developing or supporting laboratory auto verification Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and terminology Experience integrating laboratory instruments with LIS environments Ability to independently troubleshoot complex laboratory system issues Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills About PIVIT Group PIVIT Group is a subsidiary IT division of The Pinnacle Groups.
