Applicants without prior clinical research experience will not be considered. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with phlebotomy and clinical trial specimen processing. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and protocol-required specimen collections. Process, centrifuge, aliquot, label, store, and ship biological specimens. Follow study protocols and laboratory manuals precisely. Prepare lab kits and supplies for scheduled study visits. Complete laboratory requisitions, specimen logs, and shipping documentation. Maintain laboratory equipment, temperature logs, and supply inventory. Track laboratory kits and expiration dates. Communicate laboratory issues, queries, and discrepancies to study coordinators. Maintain an organized, clean, and inspection-ready laboratory. Follow GCP, HIPAA, OSHA, site SOPs, and study-specific requirements. Experience processing and handling clinical trial specimens. Experience with central lab kits and specimen shipments. Knowledge of clinical research protocols and GCP. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and comfortable working directly with research participants.

Preferred:
