PPS focuses on cutting-edge energy solutions for the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. Certain positions within Precision Power Solutions require access to information or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other U.S. government security regulations. Candidates for these positions should be a "U.S. Person" under ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or a refugee/asylee) and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights to be considered for a position.
Key duties include collaborating with production and testing team, testing materials as they are generated and adhering to safety protocols. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform a variety of chemical and physical tests and experiments using established laboratory techniques and procedures. Accurately document, analyze, and interpret experimental results while preparing clear and detailed technical reports to communicate findings. Conduct quality control testing and inspections to verify that products meet established quality standards, specifications, and requirements. Follow established safety procedures and regulatory requirements, maintain a safe laboratory environment, and properly handle, store, and dispose of hazardous materials. Assist chemists and engineers with laboratory activities, collaborate with cross-functional team members, and provide technical support as needed. Qualifications
