Key Responsibilities:

Learn to perform routine and complex sleep studies using a variety of diagnostic techniques and equipment. Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. Assess patients' clinical status, monitor progress toward goals, and assist with sleep studies and CPAP operation. Accurately document and communicate patient results to support the plan of care. Explain procedures and therapeutic modalities to patients and families. Recognize critical situations, apply appropriate judgment, and troubleshoot equipment issues while seeking assistance when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, Certificate of Completion, or equivalent achievement required. Ability to complete an accredited polysomnographic training program. Must obtain the Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential within one year of hire. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification or successful completion within one month of hire.

Salary Range:

Minimum 17.11/hour - Maximum 27.37/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
