$19-20/hr Lab Operations Technician Weston, FL | $19-20/hr | Full-Time A pharmaceutical R&D company in Weston is hiring a Lab Operations Technician to support daily laboratory operations for inhalation product testing, maintaining equipment, materials, and work areas in compliance with GMP and safety procedures.

What You'll Do:

Clean lab glassware and equipment manually or via laboratory dishwashers per approved SOPs Prepare the lab for daily operations, including stocking materials and maintaining cleanliness and safety Manage weekly inventory of lab supplies, cleaning agents, and consumables, with periodic reconciliation Support analysts with sample management, material handling, and lab organization Dispose of lab materials, waste, and samples following established guidelines

What You Need:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific field, 0-1 years of experience Experience in a GMP pharmaceutical, analytical, or quality control lab preferred Ability to follow SOPs, maintain accurate records, and stay highly organized Strong English communication skills, written and verbal Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
