Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mouthguard Laboratory Technician to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting laboratory operations, handcrafting mouthguards, pressing mouthguards, pouring models to craft mouthguards and maintaining high standards of quality control. This position is essential for our process and this person is someone who will come with a creative mindset. Hands skills are a must! Duties Handcraft mouthguards from start to finish Lay graphics on guards Press guards Finish guards Assist in quality control processes by performing regular checks on equipment and materials. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing creative ideas and create new products. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, following safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Hand Skills highly required Proficiency in laboratory techniques Familiarity with how to use a Dremel. Ability to work in team settings as well as by yourself. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
