We are seeking a Laboratory Sensory Technician to support quality assurance and sensory evaluation in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of laboratory experience , preferably in food or beverage manufacturing, and a science-related degree. This role involves sensory testing, laboratory analysis, microbiological sampling, and maintaining audit-ready documentation while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Aseptically collect production line samples for sensory evaluation. Prepare samples for sensory panels and accurately record sensory data. Maintain audit-ready laboratory documentation. Perform HPLC testing on finished products. Conduct quality testing including Brix, pH, color, density , and ingredient analysis. Collect environmental monitoring samples and perform microbiological swabbing of manufacturing lines. Collect and test treated and CIP water samples. Perform stress testing of packaging materials. Conduct quality inspections of outbound trailers. Perform daily calibration of laboratory instruments. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience ; manufacturing experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred. Experience with HPLC , sensory evaluation , microbiological testing , and laboratory quality procedures. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Must have steel-toed shoes and safety glasses .

Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
