Join the ImpactLife team to help us Change the World. We are looking for committed individuals who demonstrate good character, use clear communication, and can collaborate alongside professionals who believe in the power of integrity and teamwork. Our Processing Laboratory Lab Assistants prepare blood donor samples for testing, perform quality control testing and provide support to the Bench Techs to help ensure the right product gets to the right patient. In addition, our Lab Assistants prepare components, release and label products, and prepare products for shipping. This is a FT/30+ position working a minimum of 32 hours per week on 3rd Shift including every other Saturday, plus a Holiday rotation. Additional shift premium pay available when working eligible shifts and/or weekends. What does it take to change the world? Very detail oriented with great accuracy.
Great communication skills, and a team player.
High School diploma or equivalent is required; previous work in the medical field is preferred.
Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Degree is preferred
The ability to stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift up-to 50 pounds.
