Job Description
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Approximately 3-4 years of laboratory experience, preferably in analytical testing or quality control.
- Experience performing chemical or physical analyses in a laboratory environment.
- Hands-on experience with pH, density, viscosity, or similar analytical testing.
- Basic working knowledge of HPLC and GC operations.
- Experience with laboratory information systems or electronic laboratory documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulated laboratory procedures.
- Knowledge of hazardous waste handling and laboratory safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a laboratory team.
- Ability and willingness to work an overnight schedule and support overtime as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and analyze samples using established laboratory methods and procedures.
- Perform routine analytical and quality control testing to support process and product quality requirements.
- Operate laboratory equipment, including pH meters, density meters, viscometers, and other analytical instruments.
- Perform daily instrument calibrations and verification activities.
- Enter, maintain, and review laboratory data using laboratory information systems.
- Maintain accurate and complete laboratory documentation and test records.
- Follow applicable ISO standards, laboratory procedures, and quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot basic laboratory equipment and instrument issues.
- Follow all laboratory safety procedures and hazardous waste requirements.
- Communicate testing results, observations, and potential issues clearly to laboratory and operational teams.
- Support a collaborative 24/7 laboratory environment and maintain flexibility for overtime or changing business needs.
- Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
