Job Description
Pay range: $20-30/hr
•depending on exp The job involves performing routine analytical testing in a 24/7 laboratory environment, providing data for various purposes including process and quality control. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing samples using analytical equipment (pH meters, density meters, viscometers, etc.) and operating laboratory information systems. The role requires accurate record-keeping, compliance with ISO standards, daily instrument calibrations, and maintaining safety practices. Candidates should have knowledge of hazardous waste regulations and possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot instrument issues. A background in chemical analyses and 3-4 years of experience is preferred, along with basic knowledge of HPLC and GC operations. This shift covers 10:30pm - 6:30am Monday through Friday but applicants must be flexible with shifts, including some overtime as the business needs.
