08/05/2026 SUMMARY The laboratory support technician provides support to laboratory staff. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects on a daily basis; primarily focused on ensuring the laboratory operates efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support day to day functions of laboratory Preparation of various media using filter or steam sterilization techniques learned through on-the-job training. Light cleaning, stock lab supplies Preparing, cleaning, and sterilization of glassware and equipment used in various procedures. Concurrent record keeping related to all pertinent documentation Communicate with various departments within the lab Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company Ability to multitask Must cope well under pressure
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
