Job Description

We are looking for a Sample Lab Technician with 2nd or 3rd shift availability, that would be responsible for locating, preparing, compounding and shipping samples to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role works directly with the Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Technical and Quality teams to manage the daily priorities. This position is responsible for the sampling, labeling, packing, shipping documentation and collection of all samples being sent out both domestically and internationally. What You'll Do
  • Prepare, compound, label, package, and ship samples for domestic and international customers.
  • Maintain sample inventory, raw materials, and packaging supplies to support ongoing requests.
  • Generate and review required shipping, safety, regulatory, and customer documentation.
  • Monitor sample turnaround times and help ensure timely delivery of customer requests.
  • Maintain organized sample libraries and retained sample records.
  • Communicate delays, issues, or special requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Follow laboratory safety procedures and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
  • Experience working in a laboratory, compounding, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred.
  • Ability to learn laboratory techniques, shipping requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Attention to detail when handling samples, documentation, and inventory.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials as part of daily responsibilities. What You'll Get

Pay Range:
The hourly rate for this position is $25.37-28.67 per hour USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
