Duties Conduct comprehensive laboratory tests including clinical chemistry, microbiology, hematology, immunoassays, and flow cytometry to support diagnosis and treatment plans. Perform specimen collection and processing using aseptic techniques, venipuncture, blood sampling, and blood banking procedures to ensure sample integrity. Operate and maintain medical laboratory equipment such as PCR machines, ELISA readers, RNA extraction systems, DNA isolation tools, and other diagnostic instruments with precision. Manage laboratory data using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIS) and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), ensuring accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting. Implement laboratory quality control protocols aligned with CLIA regulations to uphold high standards of accuracy and reliability in testing. Assist in research laboratory activities and clinical trials by executing specialized assays, analyzing data, and interpreting diagnostic test results. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and physiology knowledge to maintain a safe working environment while delivering exceptional laboratory services.

Skills Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques including

Ability to perform laboratory procedures accurately under aseptic conditions while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a hospital or research environment.
