PROMAN Staffing is Hiring! Lab Analyst (Temporary Coverage Position)

$23.50/hr- $27/hr (DOE)

Shift:

4:00PM-12:00AM PROMAN Staffing is seeking a qualified Lab Analyst to provide temporary coverage for a client in Montgomery, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with laboratory, chemistry, quality control, or analytical testing experience looking to join a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform sampling, testing, and data reporting of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products Ensure products meet quality and release specifications Provide analytical support for experimental and production orders Follow laboratory safety procedures, chemical handling protocols, and waste disposal requirements Conduct laboratory testing using established methods and procedures Analyze data and assist in resolving production and quality issues Perform instrument checks, calibrations, and standard solution preparation Maintain accurate laboratory records, notebooks, and documentation Troubleshoot laboratory equipment including HPLC, Karl Fischer, and autotitration instruments Utilize LIMS, LabX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Excel, and other software systems Generate nonconformance reports as necessary Assist with SOP creation, work instructions, and training activities Ensure compliance with GMP, company, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field preferred ✔ Equivalent combination of education and relevant laboratory experience considered ✔ Quality Control or Analytical Laboratory experience preferred ✔ Familiarity with GMP environments and laboratory documentation ✔ Experience with HPLC, Karl Fischer, and analytical instrumentation preferred ✔ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
