Compensation:

$28.50 - 30/hr.

DOE Work Schedule:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure customers receive quality products and services they expect Perform routine laboratory analysis in accordance with current test methods: melt volume ratio, melt index, extrusion quality, hydroxyl determination, moisture, hardness, tensile, abrasion, TMA Perform non-standard laboratory analysis as required: Test method development, test method validation, customer requests, retests Check and report analysis results as required Retesting of retains for complaints, returned products or re-certification samples Perform basic preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration of laboratory equipment Undertake effective, accurate, and efficient processing of laboratory workload Maintain accurate and systematic records in accordance with documented procedures Ensure adequate stocks of reagents and consumables Perform laboratory housekeeping duties Participate in internal and external quality audits

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher in

Chemistry, Science, Process Technology Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in TPU manufacturing, laboratory, or quality control in chemical manufacturing is preferred.

Skills:

Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint SAP experience preferred Excellent communication skills; both oral and written Literate and experienced with

ISO 9001

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Able to bend, stoop, lift 30 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, balance, and stand for long periods of time
