1st Shift About the Role Leads the identification, disposition, and sorting of non-conforming products; assists with laboratory testing and measurement activities; and supports quality audits and inspections throughout production areas.. What You'll Do Identify and report non-conforming materials and lead the disposition and sorting process for non-conforming products. Conduct quality audits throughout production areas and provide backup support to inspection auditors. Assist with laboratory testing, including melt flow testing, color impact testing, and mold sample preparation. Support measurement activities as an assistant measurement technician, including measuring parts using laser measurement equipment. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. What We're Looking For Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Manufacturing quality experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to read and interpret part drawings. Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word. Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality and safety. Dependable, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
