The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Where You'll Make a Difference Perform routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.

Conduct product release testing and communicate results to Quality and Operations teams.

Operate analytical instrumentation including HPLC, moisture analyzers, pH meters, and analytical balances.

Prepare samples, reagents, and standards following approved laboratory procedures.

Accurately document and maintain laboratory records, test results, and electronic data systems.

Support investigations related to out-of-specification (OOS) results and nonconforming products.

Perform calibration, verification, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Maintain a safe, organized, and audit-ready laboratory environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist with regulatory, customer, and certification audits as required. What Makes You the Right Fit Associate degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific field preferred. Equivalent laboratory experience will be considered.

Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience in a quality control, food, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environment.

Experience operating analytical instruments and performing routine laboratory testing.

Knowledge of HPLC, moisture analysis, pH testing, and sample preparation techniques.

Understanding of GMP, GLP, food safety requirements, and quality management systems.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accurate documentation.

Ability to follow SOPs, specifications, and analytical test methods.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic laboratory systems. How You Would Stand Out Experience in food ingredients, food manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or specialty chemical industries.

Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
