Lab Technician

Lab Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to perform essential chemical mixing and quality testing. This role involves working with a fume hood to mix chemicals for titration tests and testing samples from CNC machines to ensure quality. Experience with ERP systems and computer proficiency, particularly in Word and Excel, is preferred. Responsibilities Mix chemicals for titration tests using a fume hood. Pull samples from the CNC machine for quality testing in the lab. Utilize ERP systems for data management. Assist in filling schedule gaps when other lab technicians are unavailable. Essential Skills Experience or education in chemistry, either through college classes or work experience. Proficiency in laboratory quality assurance and quality control. Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with chemical mixing is a plus. Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred. Work Environment The work environment includes both the manufacturing floor and the lab. The manufacturing floor is hot, dirty, and loud, where samples are pulled, while the lab is climate-controlled and clean. This role follows a 2x2x3 schedule from 5:30 am to 5:30 pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
