Job Description An employer is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Erlanger, KY to support product development and laboratory operations. This role will batch formulas and prototypes, perform analytical testing, prepare samples, and support scientists in meeting customer requirements. Responsibilities include modifying formulas, screening flavors and colors, conducting stability testing and sensory evaluations, generating laboratory data, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO and laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
