Job Description

Crown Staffing is hiring Quality Control Lab Technicians in Florence, KY! Crown Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to perform quality testing on samples and products while supporting laboratory operations. This is a great opportunity for an entry to mid-level candidate with a lab, chemistry, or manufacturing background.
Pay Rate:
Up to $23/hour (based on experience)

Florence, KY Shift:
2nd
Shift Hours:
1:00 PM - 9:30
PM Quality Control Lab Technician Responsibilities:
Perform quality control testing on completed samples and products. Assist with testing and calibrating laboratory equipment. Prepare samples for shipment to customers. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure product safety, quality, and integrity. Identify and report safety concerns related to products or equipment. Maintain accurate records and complete documentation as required. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic preventative maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to stay focused and follow processes and procedures. Ability to wear required safety equipment, including safety glasses, steel toe boots, respirator, and dust mask. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or experience with chemicals and/or batch manufacturing. Laboratory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Lean Manufacturing or 5S training preferred.
