Part-time Guest Services Representative

Starting pay $15.

25 hourly As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the face of Extended Stay America, providing exceptional experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, processing payments, and maintaining the front office. You'll also help maintain hotel cleanliness in common areas, set up and take down breakfast displays, and resolve guest issues through our Make it Right process. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle cash, credit card, and ledger accounts.
