Job Description

A healthcare laboratory in Central Kentucky is hiring Medical Laboratory Technicians / Medical Technicians (MLT/Med Techs) for multiple shifts and flexible schedules in a stable hospital environment.
Location:
Lexington/Georgetown area+ surrounding areas Highlights $15,000 sign-on bonus (eligible roles) Direct hire hospital positions Multiple shift options (full-time + part-time available) Strong core lab environment (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis) Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement) Long-term stability + growth potential What You'll Do Perform routine clinical laboratory testing Run core lab procedures (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis) Maintain lab instruments and quality control standards Report accurate patient results in a timely manner Support physicians and clinical teams in patient care What We're Looking For MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred/required Hospital or clinical lab experience preferred Strong generalist/core lab background preferred Blood bank experience a plus Detail-oriented and reliable team player ATK29
