Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support an Engineering Lab and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) environment. This role involves executing work orders, operating equipment consoles, handling small parts, and maintaining accurate and organized lab activities.
Schedule Night Shift:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other
Saturday Hours:
6:00 PM - 6:00
AM Pay:
$45-$50/hr W2
Location :
Boxborough MA One week: 48 hours — 8 hours of overtime after 40 hours Alternate week: 36 hours
Training:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Support daily activities within the Engineering/ATE Lab Execute and track work orders through the work order system Navigate work order systems and maintain organized records Operate equipment consoles and assist with automated test equipment Move and organize small parts, generally transported in trays Work safely around heavy machinery; no machinery moving is required Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures Manage emails and lab-related communications Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to accurately follow work orders and procedures Comfortable working with computer-based work order systems Basic computer and email skills Ability to work the required compressed night-shift schedule Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
