Purpose:
The Lab Technician Post Market is part of the Failure Investigations team and will be responsible for sample management and biohazard lab maintenance.
You will be responsible for:
Sample management (product check in and restore) Biohazard lab cleanliness and maintaining cleaning logs per SOPs Support product lab testing Equipment maintenance and calibration Supply ordering and receipt Qualifications /
Requirements:
Preferred technician experience at medical device company Knowledge and experience in related laboratory Organization Individual contributor who supports staff in various processes in the Failure Investigations team. Executes day-to-day laboratory activities such as sample management, testing, and general biohazard lab maintenance. Escalates issues and risks as required. Completes tasks in support of the Post Market Engineering team, closely following established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Tests samples of finished goods. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day-to-day interactions with team. Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation
  • 120 hours per calendar year Sick time
  • 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado
  • 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington
  • 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays
