100% Onsite Opportunity Overview Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Sample Analysis Specialist to support a leading global life sciences organization in Waltham, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a laboratory professional with a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline and hands-on laboratory experience. The position will support routine clinical sample analysis, laboratory sample processing, documentation, equipment operation, and established laboratory workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with routine and potentially high-volume sample sets, and able to follow established protocols while working independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Perform routine clinical sample analyses using established laboratory products, methods, and procedures. Handle, process, and analyze laboratory samples ranging from small to large sample sets while maintaining accuracy and quality. Follow established protocols, methods, processes, and techniques for clinical sample analysis. Work independently while collaborating effectively with laboratory and cross-functional teams. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, records, and information within applicable quality systems. Ensure sample information and laboratory data are accurately maintained and traceable. Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders and maintain a strong customer-service focus. Collaborate with experienced laboratory specialists to troubleshoot technical, sample-related, and general laboratory issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment. Support laboratory equipment as an equipment superuser alongside experienced team members. Operate, maintain, and assist with troubleshooting laboratory equipment, systems, and supplies. Work with internal technical teams and equipment vendors when necessary. Support additional laboratory projects and assignments as requested by management. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline required. Experience 1+ year of documented laboratory experience required. Experience performing routine laboratory testing or sample processing preferred. Experience working with larger sample sets is highly desirable. Experience in a service-oriented laboratory environment is a plus. Experience working within established laboratory protocols and quality systems preferred. Required Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow detailed laboratory procedures and established protocols accurately. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, customer-focused approach when working with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Ability to quickly learn new laboratory software, systems, and equipment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Ideal Candidate The strongest candidates will have a Life Sciences degree and hands-on laboratory experience , particularly experience involving routine sample processing, high-volume laboratory workflows, accurate documentation, and established laboratory procedures. Candidates should be comfortable performing detailed, repetitive laboratory activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and sample integrity. Pay Details:
