Job DescriptionKnowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of and adnce to regulatory compliance and laboratory safety requirements , including cGMPs, SOPs, cGLPs , and related controlled documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency with personal computers and standard office or laboratory systems.
- Perform a variety of routine laboratory support duties in compliance with established procedures
- Support laboratory operations by stocking, organizing, and distributing laboratory supplies and equipment
- Use a personal computer to perform basic technical, data entry, and record-keeping tasks in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of records to meet quality and compliance requirements
- Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines while performing assigned tasks
- Support general lab organization and efficiency to enable uninterrupted laboratory operations.
- High School diploma with 2+ years of relevant laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated-environment experience.
