Job DescriptionKnowledge & Skills
  • Strong understanding of and adnce to regulatory compliance and laboratory safety requirements , including cGMPs, SOPs, cGLPs , and related controlled documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency with personal computers and standard office or laboratory systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of routine laboratory support duties in compliance with established procedures
  • Support laboratory operations by stocking, organizing, and distributing laboratory supplies and equipment
  • Use a personal computer to perform basic technical, data entry, and record-keeping tasks in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of records to meet quality and compliance requirements
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines while performing assigned tasks
  • Support general lab organization and efficiency to enable uninterrupted laboratory operations.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma with 2+ years of relevant laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated-environment experience.
The salary range for this position is: $48,365.00
  • $62,590.
00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
