This position ensures specimens are collected correctly, documented properly, and handled according to company procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collect urine specimens from clients as required. Follow all collection and testing procedures. Verify client information and properly label specimens. Maintain accurate collection records and documentation. Handle and store specimens properly before they are sent for testing. Maintain a clean and organized collection area. Follow company policies regarding confidentiality and client privacy. Report any issues, unusual findings, or concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Communicate with clients in a respectful and professional manner. Follow all applicable company, safety, and HIPAA requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in healthcare, substance use treatment, or specimen collection is a plus but not required. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Good attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills. Must be comfortable working directly with clients. Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Work Environment This position works directly with clients in a healthcare/treatment environment. The employee may encounter individuals with a variety of needs and must remain professional, respectful, and calm at all times. Schedule Monday•Thursday 9:00AM•7:00

PM Pay:

$19.00•$23.00 per hour
