Job Description

Our client, a global leader in adhesives, sealants, and specialty chemical solutions, is seeking a Product Development Technician to join their team. As a Product Development Technician, you will be part of the Research & Development team supporting Product Development and Testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on laboratory mindset, which will align successfully in the organization

  • $27 per hour (20 hours per week) What's the Job?
Mix laboratory-scale adhesive formulations using various mixing equipment. Execute testing plans and perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing for product development projects. Set up, calibrate, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot testing equipment. Collect, analyze, and accurately document test data in laboratory systems and reports. Prepare graphs, charts, and technical reports while supporting continuous improvement and laboratory efficiency initiatives. What's Needed? Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, quality, R D, or product testing environment. Ability to perform laboratory testing and accurately collect and record data. Experience using measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, and standard shop tools. Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently while following safety, hazardous material handling, SHE, and 5S procedures. What's in it for me?
